Now is a fantastic time to see the influx of winter birds such as blackbirds and fieldfares taking advantage of scrub and tree cover on Lindisfarne NNR. Great views of fieldfares, a beautiful greyish bird similar to a thrush, can be seen near Chare Ends and around the Snook.
