Behind door number 23 we have worms ......We mentioned how important mud is for the Reserve well there are thousands of worms in the mud and sand. They are ideal food for the thousands of birds that visit us throughout the year! This picture was taken by NE's Catherine Scott on the Rocky Shore earlier last week.
