We've had great numbers of pink-footed geese flying over and roosting on the Reserve. This pic snapped by Alex shows the classic v shaped formations they make called skeins. You can see these large flocks heading out to feed on the surrounding fields and returning to roost at night. We may see some at the event this Saturday 10.00 - 13.30 at Budle Bay White Railings. Drop in any time.
